When the game is over

When an important professional soccer match ends, athletes from one team trade their jerseys with the opposing team. This famous soccer tradition is said to have its roots in 1931 when France beat England. The joyous French team asked English players for their uniforms as mementos.

This ritual is an act of respect for their rivals. It is the acknowledgement that rivals push the players to keep growing. It is the acknowledgment that without rivals, there would be no game.

In the work you do, when the game is over what is the jersey you trade with your rivals?
